Joygivas Services is an online calling company. We call people on behalf of their loved ones, friends and families to celebrate them, reach-out to them, appreciate them and even apologize too, if they so wish. We place just any type of call on your behalf to make your loved ones feel special.

Q. How do I book a call?

To book a Call:
1. Click on any “Book A Call” button on any part of our website and select the desired call package
2. Fill in the form fields with details of you and the recipient of the call then proceed to payment
3. Make payment and track your call order on WhatsApp.

Q. Are your calls automated?

Definitely not. Our experienced call respondents are always set to take on your call needs when booked and give the recipients a joyful treat.

Q. Do I get a feedback when my calls are delivered?

Yes. You will get a recorded feedback for calls under the One-Time Call Packages.

Q. How secure are my personal information?

Your data is well secured as regard client and recipient’s information highly important and do not reveal them to anyone.

Q. When can I book a call?

Calls can be booked at anytime and placed to your loved one as at when requested.

Q. How long does the call last?

There’s really no time limit to how long we spend on calls. The goal is to make the recipient happy, and this is of paramount importance to us.

Q. How much are your call packages?

Our call price ranges from as low as N1000 to N5,000 depending on the call type and bundle.

Q. Do you call people outside Nigeria?

Yes we do. You can book an international call for your loved ones by selecting the call package and using the International Booking Form, where available.

Q. Where are you located?

We are an Online Company and we reach out to you anywhere and everywhere you are.

Q. Do you offer discounts for returning customers?

 We do appreciate our returning customers and may not have discounts for our standard call rates but we do have discount offers during special seasons and celebrations. You can always check our social media spaces for these offers during those times.

Q. How do I book a MessageMe package?

On any of the desired package you want, click on either “Book this MessageMe pack for myself” or “Book this MessageMe pack for someone else” and fill the booking form shown to you accordingly and proceed to payment.

Q. What’s the price of each of your MessageMe package?

Our MessageMe pack prices ranges from as low as N500 to N2,000 depending on the package.

Q. I don’t understand the “preferred times to send messages”?

You may choose to have your messages sent to you in the morning before setting out for the day and also receive another at night before retiring for the day, or better, at anytime during the day whilst going about your daily activities. The choice is up to you.

Q. How do these messages get delivered?

The messages are delivered as text messages to your SMS inbox, and yes this is to enable you respond to them if you choose to.

Q. What if I want to book another after I exhaust the validity of the last one?

Certainly you can, you’ll just need to follow through the same process of booking and keep enjoying the service.

Q. Can I book more than one MessageMe package?

Of course you can! All that is required is to book them separately and pay accordingly to enjoy premium combo!
