The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Joygivas Integrated Services (“Joygivas”), and govern your access to and use of the Joygivas Integrated Service platform (the ‘‘Platform’’).

By registering for and opening a Joygivas Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by and act in accordance with them. You also accept and agree that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live that may be applicable to your use of the Joygivas website and/or your Joygivas Account.

Service Provision

Joygivas provides personalized phone call services as described on our website. All calls are made by Joygivas agents based on information you supply. We strive for accuracy and quality but cannot guarantee specific emotional outcomes.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient contact details and ensuring you have permission to have someone contacted (especially for business recipients).

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due upon booking. Prices listed (in NGN) are subject to change; any changes will be communicated before booking. Business packages may include a contract or invoice terms as agreed.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Individual call orders can be cancelled or rescheduled when these orders aren’t delivered at requested times or within the next 24 hours of the due date and time. Business orders follow the terms agreed in your package.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Joygivas website (designs, text, logos) is our property. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

Liability

Joygivas is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Conduct

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or abusive purposes. Joygivas reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a call if it deems the content inappropriate or harmful.

Changes to Terms
