Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of stories can I share on Dear Joygivas?
You can share any personal story, confession, or experience that you believe could inspire, heal, or teach others. It could be about love, friendship, mistakes, second chances, regrets, or even victories. Every story is welcome, as long as it’s genuine.
Will my identity be revealed when I share my story?
No. Your identity remains private unless you choose to reveal it yourself. Stories can be shared anonymously, and even in recorded “Second Chance” request calls, we respect your consent before airing anything publicly.
What are “Second Chances” and how do they work?
Second Chances are recorded phone conversations where someone comes clean, admits a wrong, and asks Joygivas to help them call their loved one to apologize, giving you a chance to make peace, heal, and maybe even rebuild a relationship. When submitting, you agree that this conversation can be recorded and possibly aired. However, we only go ahead after your full consent.
Is there any cost to share my story or participate in a “Second Chance” call?
No. Sharing your story, confession, or being part of a Second Chance call is completely free. Dear Joygivas is a safe, open space created to help people heal, learn, and grow without barriers. Additionally, we deliver an Apology Call, completely free! (Only after a Second Chance conversation).
What if my story is too sensitive or dark?
Every story matters. We approach even the most sensitive confessions with care. If a story feels unsafe to air, we may withhold, filter or adapt it, but you will always be respected.
Can I get advice or encouragement after sharing?
Absolutely. The series isn’t just about sharing, it’s also about healing and upliftment. We often add encouragement, resources, or second perspectives to help you move forward.
