How do I book a call?

Simply click on any “Book A Call” button on any part of our website to sign up or login. You’ll provide details like the recipient’s name, occasion, preferred date/time, and any personal message or preferences (song, poem, etc.). We handle the rest!

Are the calls recorded?

For personal calls, yes. We record the call so you have a keepsake of the message. Business calls are not recorded to preserve privacy, but we do track feedback and sentiments to help your organization, and if only requested, will recorded feedbacks be provided.

Do you operate internationally?

Yes! Our International Package is designed for calls beyond Nigeria. We spread joy to your loved ones in any coutry, so we can make calls anywhere in the world and tailor the message to the culture if needed.

Can I customize the message?

Absolutely. You can share any specifics like the recipient’s favorite song, hobby, inside jokes, or special memories or pharases. Our Call Respondents use these details to craft a message that feels uniquely personal.

How safe are my provided information?

Your information is completely safe with us. We adhere to strict confidentiality practices to ensure that any details you share are protected from unauthorized access. We never sell, trade, or misuse your data. It is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you. What occasions can I celebrate with Joygivas?

Almost any! Common occasions include birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, promotions, holidays (Eid, Christmas, New Year, etc.), and milestones. We also offer appreciation calls, thank-you calls, or apologies—anytime someone deserves to feel special.

How far in advance should I schedule a call?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours before the desired date. For large campaigns or busy seasons, more advance notice helps ensure availability. However, we’ll do our best even on shorter notice!

How are payments handled?

We accept secure online payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile money. For business packages, invoices are also available. All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) on our Pricing page.

What if the person doesn’t answer?

Don’t worry! If your loved one misses the call, we can usually arrange a callback or leave a message with a brief introduction, inviting them to reconnect. For business calls, we typically schedule a time or use a branded greeting/voicemail if needed.

Is this a recurring service?

Each call request is a one-time event, but you can place orders as often as you like. For businesses, our monthly packages include a set number of calls per month, with options to roll over or add credits if needed.
